Once a week, we host themed culinary evenings. This is when you can find host Arno firing up his legendary locomotive barbecue. Or we might devote the evening to Bucatini, Strozzapreti and Spaghetti – introducing you to the wonders of pasta in all its variations. Some of the most popular culinary evenings at our B&B in South Tyrol centre around typical recipes of Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine, such as dumplings (Knödel) and wine.
