Payment
Please pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by debit or credit card. 

Barrier-free access
The ground floor of our house can be accessed via the garden. The Gartenheim has one barrier-free room. 

Checking in and out
Please vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3 pm. Please notify us if you would like to arrive or check out at a later time. You are welcome to make use of our garden and pool after checking out.

Prices
The prices for the rooms are per person per day, for overnight accommodation with breakfast (B&B), plus €1.50 tourist tax person per day (excl. children under 14). For information on single room options, please get in touch.

Children’s discount in the parents' room

• Children up to 2,99 years are our guests and stay free of charge.
• For children from 3 to 5,99 years we charge 70% discount on adult rate.
• For children from 6 to 9,99 years we charge 50% discount on adult rate.
• For children from 10 to 13. 99 years we charge 30% discount on adult rate.
• From 14 years of age we charge a 20% discount on the adult rate.

Children’s rates are per day including breakfast for two full paying guests.

Pets
Pets are permitted on request. Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet. We charge €15 per dog per day, excl. food. We greatly value responsible dog ownership and assume that your well-behaved dog will be kept on a lead in all parts of our B&B. Please also note that your pet will not be allowed in the breakfast area. Thank you for your understanding

Sports equipment
Lockable bike room with workshop and tools.

Parking area
Private parking is available free of charge.

WI-FI
Free internet access is provided in all areas of the house, including the rooms.

General terms and conditions

Unforeseen circumstances can always arise, but it would be a pity if a room or apartment remained unused when others would have liked to come. We therefore kindly ask: Please inform us in good time.

The right to withdraw in line with consumer protection regulations (notice according to part III, caption III, paragraph I of the consumer protection regulation GvD 206/2005) does not apply. Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

We reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis! Cancellations are only accepted in writing, by letter or email. 

Flexible holiday booking 2022:

Free cancellation up to 20 days prior to arrival is a matter of course for us.

• If a booking is cancelled within 20 to 15 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50 % of the total price.
• If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100 % of the total price.

Conditions of travel in relation to coronavirus: 
Enjoy a carefree holiday – we'll look after everything else! The Covid 19 guidelines for the South Tyrol province are continually being adapted. We adhere to all required measures to ensure you have a safe holiday here at the Gartenheim and we're happy to keep you updated on the latest information. Our staff are acquainted with the compulsory safety and hygiene measures and wear a face mask. Tramin – a safe holiday location! The Gartenheim is located in the small village of Tramin, which has just 3000 inhabitants. It offers plenty of space for rest and recreation while hiking, cycling and swimming.

Travel warning for South Tyrol: In the event of a travel warning being issued for South Tyrol province, you can cancel your holiday at short notice. You will not be charged. 

Travel cancellation insurance
You can never quite know what might happen before a journey. With our cancellation insurance you enjoy financial security. If you have to postpone or cancel your arrival at your booked accommodation, or if you have to leave early, cancellation fees may apply (see above). To free you from any expenses incurred in such an event, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – such as the HGV cancellation cover (see link below).
