South Tyrolean delights – fresh from the garden
Depending on the season, we serve breakfast out on the terrace, in our bright new breakfast room with view onto the garden or in the farmhouse parlour. At the Gartenheim, we believe that fresh is best. That's why most of what we grow ourselves – such as herbs and fruit – is made into delicious breakfast spreads, jams and juices. We can't wait for you to sample the sweetly fragrant apple bread baked by senior boss Erika!
All our other breakfast ingredients are sourced from local producers. This includes ham and speck from the butcher next door, dairy products and cheese from South Tyrolean farmers and fresh crusty rolls from the village bakery. Our cakes are made in-house by junior boss and baking enthusiast Hanna. Come and experience the wonderful flavours of Tramin in South Tyrol.
